Mushrooms in sesame coat
Ingredients:
- 500 g oyster mushroom
- 250 shiitake mushroom
- flour
- egg
- bread crumbs
- sesame seeds
- oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Coat the mushrooms with the sesame seeds mixed into the bread crumbs. Fry quickly in hot oil. Serve with rice or, in spring, with new potatoes.
Fried new potatoes; boil the potatoes, slice and then fry in a non-stick pan in a little oil. Salt and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley before serving.
