In Hungary, the per capita consumption of mushrooms is very low, only 1-1.5 kilograms per year, while in Western-Europe it is the double. Yet, mushrooms have a number of positive properties and are great to incorporate into the daily diet if a health-conscious diet is important to you. We consider it our mission to promote the culture of mushroom consumption as widely as possible, which can contribute to the development of a balanced diet and thus a healthy lifestyle.
