From the raw material acquisition through the compost production to the fresh mushroom cultivation, we have a complete and verifiable tracking system.
We operate in accordance with GlobalGAP, GRASP and IFS Food standards.
Button mushrooms are grown on nearly 21,000 square meters and oyster mushrooms are grown on more than 19,000 square meters.
Our production of organic mushrooms is supervised and certified by Hungária Ökogarancia Kft. We conduct our tests regularly in accredited laboratories to verify the adequacy of our processes. Compost and mushroom production are based on state-of-the-art Dutch technology, whereby a computer-controlled automatic system ensures the constant monitoring of process parameters (temperature, humidity, carbon content, irrigation, etc.). In this way, we can produce and ensure high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
Our colleagues regularly take part in foreign and national professional exhibitions and study trips, so we can apply the latest technological achievements in our plants.
Our fresh mushroom products are transported exclusively with our own fleet of vehicles to ensure that we reach our partners and consumers in the shortest possible time, while keeping the product fresh.
