Meat pie with mushrooms
- 300 g button mushrooms
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 packet of puff pastry
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons red paprika powder
- 100 ml water
- salt and pepper
Fry the chopped onion in oil, add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with red paprika powder.
When the meat is half cooked add the diced button mushrooms. During cooking add water regularly to prevent the meat from burning.
Line one large or several small tins with the puff pastry and fill with the minced meat.
Add 1 tablespoonful of sour cream if desired. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven until golden brown.
