Mushroom spread stuffed salmon rolls
- 500 g button mushroom
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small bunch dill
- a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper
Finely chop the mushrooms, cook and drain. Blend the ingredients together with a hand mixer.
Spread the salmon fillets and roll them, but it is a great spread on bread or used as a filling in halved hard boild eggs.
