Veal stew with mushrooms and bulgur
- 1 kg of veal eye of round
- 500 g sliced oyster mushrooms
- 100 ml rice cream
- 1 onion
- 200-300 ml vegetable stock
Fry the onion in a little oil, add the meat cut into strips and constantly add the stock so that it does not burn.
When it has softened, add the sliced oyster mushrooms and cook until ready. Finally, enrich with cream and sprinkle with fresh dill. Serve with cooked bulgur!
