Portobello mushroom and mozzarella salad
- 4 Portobello mushrooms
- 2 mozzarellas
- 4-5 tomatoes
- fresh basil
- oil, salt and pepper
Slice the raw Portobello mushrooms, the mozzarella and the tomato and put them forming a circle on a plate.
Add some salt, pepper, sprinkle it with lemon and put some fresh basil leaves on the top.
