Pioppino mushrooms stuffed Sweet potatoes


Beef burger with mushroom


  • 300 g Pioppino
  • 2 middle-sized sweet potatoes
  • green herbs

Wrap sweet potatoes in aluminium foil and place in the oven, bake for 1 hour until soft. Once they are soft unwrap them, but do not peel them. Open the skin on the top and cut a cross shape. While potatoes are cooking, saute mushrooms and season with herbs.

Make a little dimple in the potato and stuff it with the Pioppino mushrooms.
