Mushroom stew with rice
- 500 g mixed mushrooms (oyster mushroom, yellow oyster mushroom, shiitake, Pioppino)
- 350 g pork tenderloin or turkey breast
- 50 g of rice
- pine nuts
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 spring onions
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 1,5 tablespoons flour
- juice of a lemon
- oil, salt and pepper
Cut the meat into strips, fry until tender in oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, and continue cooking until golden brown.
Cut the mushrooms, onions, and carrots into strips, add to the meat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cook until done, then thicken with cream.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with steamed rice
