- 500 g button mushroom
- a half liter pancake batter
- sour cream
- salt and pepper
Slice the mushrooms, steam and then drain.
Mix into the pancake batter with the chives and cook the pancakes. Make the pancakes slightly thicker than usual as they can split quite easily.
Serve with sour cream and chives, but also delicious with other herbs, tomato, peppers.
