Mushroom Nicoise salad

Ingredients:

  • 250-300 g white small-headed button mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized Romaine lettuce
  • 4-5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 jar of tuna chunks
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 small cucumber
  • olive oil, salt

Preparation:
Gently combine the salad ingredients, then top with the very finely sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and sprinkle with olive oil. A quick and tasty dinner for hot summer evenings.
