Fried egg Portobello

Ingredients:

  • 1 Portobello mushroom per person
  • egg
  • salt

Preparation:
Carefully break the egg into the open mushroom cap so the yolk stays whole. Salt to taste. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200-220°C.
