Tuna and mushroom bites


For the mushrooms with dill oil:

  • 500 g baby button mushrooms
  • lemon juice
  • fresh dill
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

For the tuna cream:

  • 125 g cream cheese
  • 180–200 g tuna
  • freshly chopped chives
  • salt and pepper


  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • fresh baguette or rolls
  • toothpicks

Steam the mushroom heads in a little water for a few minutes, the remove from the water and leave to cool.

Mix the chopped dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice with the olive oil, then add the mushrooms and leave to stand.

In the meantime, prepare the tuna cream: combine the cream cheese and tuna roughly using a fork. Season with salt and add the chopped fresh chives and lemon juice.

Cut the bread into rounds, top with a slice of radish or other seasonal vegetables (e.g., peppers, cucumber), add a spoonful of tuna cream, then finish with a mushroom head. Secure with a toothpick. Ready in minutes, this is a perfect treat for unexpected guests.
