Steak with baby mushroom and tomato salad
- cold steak slices
- 500 g baby white button mushrooms
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 2 lemon juice
- 1 bunch of mint
- olive oil, salt and pepper
Marinate the meat in salt-pepper-oil-rosemary mixture the night before. In a heated pan, crust the meat over a little fat and fry for a while (medium, well-done). Take it out and set it aside to rest.
Wash and cut in half the mushrooms and tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil and chopped mint.
Cut the meat into thin slices and consumed immediately! Excellent summer dinner!
