Spinach and mushroom filled turkey

Spinach and mushroom filled turkey breast wrapped in bacon


  • 500 g button mushroom
  • 500 g fresh spinach
  • 600-800 g turkey breast
  • sliced bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Cook the spinach in boiling salted water. Drain and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Slice the mushrooms finely and fry in a little oil. Combine the mushrooms and the spinach.

Fill the thinly sliced turkey breast and roll up. Wrap in bacon.

Bake in the oven until golden brown and serve with a seasonal salad.
