Sea fish fillet with mushrooms
Sea fish fillet with mushrooms and spring onion
Ingredients:
- 700-800 g button and oyster mushrooms
- 1 leek
- 5-6 salmon fillets
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 200 ml sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the leek into 1 cm slices. Slice the mushrooms and fry for 3 to 4 minutes then add the leek and fry for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
Season the fish with salt and pepper and fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Serve the fish with the mushroom and leek garnish and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
