Roast turkey legs with mushrooms and white cabbage


  • 1000 g button mushroom and oyster mushroom
  • 2 turkey legs
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 onions
  • a half head white cabbage
  • cumin
  • 2-3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • fresh rosemary
  • salt and pepper

Season the turkey legs with salt and pepper, then put them in an oil-greased heatproof bowl. Add the sliced onion, the garlic cloves and the chopped rosemary. Cover them and bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for about one and half an hour until golden brown.

For the garnish grate the half head white cabbage, season with cumin, salt and a little brown sugar. Steam for 20 minutes, then sprinkle it with balsamic vinegar.

Make a marinade for the mushrooms from grape seed oil, salt, pepper, green onions, chopped garlic, mix it and add the sliced mushrooms. Place the mushrooms in a heat-resistant bowl and bake it approx. for 20 minutes in the owen.
