Raw mushroom salad with lemon


  • 250 g closed cap, snowwhite button mushroom
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh herbs (basil, coriander, dill, parsley)
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

Wash the mushrooms under running water, slice thinly and place in a dish.

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Top with the finely chopped fresh herbs. Wonderful with toast, this also makes a great dinner by itself.
