Potato casserole with mushroom ragout


  • 1000 g of button mushrooms
  • 1 large head onion
  • tomato and pepper
  • red pepper powder
  • 1 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 5-6 boiled eggs
  • sour cream, grated cheese
  • salt and pepper

Stir the finely chopped onion. Add the sliced mushrooms, the chopped tomatoes and the green peppers. Sprinkle with pepper powder and cook.

Slice the potatoes and eggs and layer with the ragout: potatoes, eggs, mushroom ragout. Finish with sour cream at the very end, sprinkled with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.
