Greenpeas mushroom salad

Mushroom vitamin salad


  • 1 small lettuce
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 cups of green peas
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 3 fleshy tomatoes

Wash and drain the lettuce and arrange on a plate.

Sauté the mushrooms, then add the peas to the same pan. Once the peas are tender, place the mixture on top of the lettuce.

Add the diced tomatoes and cubes of feta, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately.

A bowl full of vitamins for busy days.
