Mushroom strudel


  • 400-500 g mixed mushroom (oyster mushroom, white button and chestnut mushroom), finely chopped
  • 250 g zucchini cut into strips
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Provence spice mix
  • 3 strudel layer / 1 roll
  • 1 egg yolk
  • bread crumbs
  • salt pepper

Mix the chopped vegetables and mushrooms in a bowl with the spice mix, salt, pepper and fry in a hot pan until the water evaporates.

Put the strudel layers together, sprinkle with bread crumbs and spread with vegetable mixture. Carefully roll up, place in a baking pan, brush the top with egg yolk and bake until golden brown .
