Mushroom soup with kohlrabi


  • 500 g chestnut mushrooms
  • 3 medium kohlrabi
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 liters of vegetable stock
  • 1 onion
  • parsley or coriander
  • oil, salt and pepper

Salt, pepper and fry the chopped vegetables and quartered mushrooms in a little oil.

Pour over the vegetable stock and add the whole onion. Cook for about 20 minutes until soft and remove the onions.

Enrich with cream, boil and add the chopped fresh green spice just before serving.
