Mushroom bruschetta


For the dough:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 40 g yeast
  • some water, some milk

For the topping:

  • 250 g button mushrooms
  • 150 g Pioppino
  • 500 g tomato sauce
  • 400 g grated cheese

Stir yeast into a little bit of milk with sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise. You can use ready dough as well.

Roll the dough thin and spread with tomato sauce, add grated cheese and the assorted mushrooms.
