Grill mushroom pita

Mushroom pita


  • 600 g steak-cut button mushrooms
  • half a cucumber
  • pita bread
  • oil, salt and pepper

For the dressing:

  • plain yoghurt
  • chopped dill
  • garlic
  • salt

Rinse the mushroom slices under running water, season with salt and pepper, then sauté in a little oil for a few minutes.

Wash the cucumber, slice into rings, then cut into thin strips.

Warm the pita breads in a toaster, then fill with the mushroom slices and cucumber.

Combine the ingredients for the dressing and drizzle over the pita. A quick, tasty, and satisfying vegetarian dinner.
