Mushroom paprika with Hungarian pasta
Ingredients:
- 1000 g of white button mushroom
- 1 large head onion
- tomato and pepper
- red pepper powder
- sour cream, cottage cheese
- pasta
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Stir the finely chopped onion. Add the sliced mushrooms, the chopped tomatoes and green peppers. Sprinkle with red pepper powder and cook.
Serve with Hungarian pasta, cottage cheese and sour cream.
