Mushroom and pasta salad


  • 500 g button mushroom
  • 250-300 g penne pasta
  • 200 g coctail tomatoes
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 100 g olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • green herbs
  • olive oil, salt and pepper

Cook the pasta, drain and allow to cool. Half or quarter the mushrooms and fry in a little oil.

Make dressing from olive oil, green herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, mix well with the cooked pasta, mushrooms and olives. Finally, carefully add the diced feta cheese and the halved cherry tomatoes.

It can be stored in the fridge and eat later.
