Mushroom and green pea fusilli
Ingredients:
- 400-500 g of white mushrooms
- 200 g frozen green peas
- fusili
- 150 ml of cream
- 1 bunch of dill
- garlic
- parmesan
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Steam the sliced mushrooms, add the green peas, then salt and pepper. Simmer ready for 10-15 minutes.
Press the garlic, add cream and the chopped fresh dill. Roll over with freshly cooked pasta and serve with grated parmesan!
