Mixed mushroom egg rice


  • 350 g mixed mushrooms (oyster, yellow oyster, pioppino mushrooms)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g rice
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • oil, salt and pepper

Fry the sliced mushrooms and chopped vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.

Cook the rice. Gently stir the mushrooms and vegetables into the cooked rice, then add the beaten egg and stir for about 2 minutes.
