Grilled chicken breast with button mushrooms


  • 300 g button mushroom
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 100 g sliced smoked cheese
  • 6-8 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Slice the chicken breast into 1 cm thick slices, use a meat tenderiser if necessary.

Slice the mushrooms into 1 cm slices. Fry both quickly in hot oil. Place the meat in an ovenproof dish, arrange the mushrooms on top and lay a slice of cheese and tomato on each.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the cheese melts.

Serve with salad and potatoes or rice.
