Mushroom Greek salad

Greek salad with mushroom and mint


  • 250 g white button mushrooms
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 large onion
  • 100 g black olives
  • 100-150 g feta cheese
  • fresh mint
  • 2 lemons
  • olive oil

Dice the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions and thinly slice the mushrooms. Gently combine the salad ingredients and season with salt and basil. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, then finally add the cubed feta cheese and olives.
