Curry rice with Pioppino mushrooms
- 300 g Pioppino mushrooms
- 250 g rice
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- sesame oil
Add the rice to the onions diced in oil, then salt and add curry powder and water. Stir constantly until the rice is cooked.
Cut off the bottom of the Pioppino mushroom’s stems, sear for 5-8 minutes in a little bit of sesame oil, add salt and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Add to the rice when it it is ready and gently mix together.
