Club sandwich with grilled mushrooms


  • white grill mushrooms
  • bread for toasting
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • fried bacon slices
  • cheddar cheese slices
  • tomato
  • lettuce leaf
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Thinly slice the mushrooms, season with salt and grill both sides in a hot, non-stick pan.

Cut the fried bacon slices into 2 or 3 pieces. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes into rings.

Toast the bread, spread with mayonnaise, then layer the toppings between the slices. Cut the finished sandwiches into triangles.
