Chinese rice pilaf
Ingredients:
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 200 g cooked rice
- soy sauce, ground ginger
- fresh coriander
- oil, salt and pepper
Preparation:
Slice the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, then fry. Add the soy sauce and ground ginger, then stir in the cooked rice.
A one-minute meal that’s perfect for using up leftovers.
