Chicken breast with creamy mushrooms and garlic


  • 600-800 g button mushrooms
  • 2 medium chicken breast fillets
  • 200 ml cream
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • coriander
  • oil, salt and pepper

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, then fry in oil. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the pan, then pour over the cream. If desired, the sauce can be thickened with a little flour whisked in cream.

Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
